Delano, Romeo, and Maximus are the three lions of the group and are also five months old. These guys are the more laid-back members of this unique family. Although they love a good play session, their absolute favorite thing to do is lounging around or taking a nice long nap.
Milika the Hyena
Milika, the six-month-old spotted hyena cub, is known as the naughtiest sibling.
Her absolute favorite thing to do is play, and she is always up to something mischievous. This is right in line with the general behavior of her species, as striped hyenas are naturally playful and curious.
An Unconventional Group with One Thing in Common
What all these furry and adorable babies have in common is that they were also sadly abandoned or rejected by their mothers. But now they’ve formed an unconventional but happy family at the Akwaaba Lodge in Rustenburg, South Africa.
Will They Live Together Forever?
As sad as it sounds, these five besties sadly won’t spend their whole lives together. Once they mature and their instincts kick in, they may become dangerous for one another and they will have to be separated.
